Added a default computer name for installation under the default options in configuration. This will prevent having to select the computer each time a software package is entered when dealing with only one computer.

Cost of software and where the software is installed may now be selected as visible columns on the software list. This provides the ability to group by the computer names where the software is installed to see all software packages on a computer.
Cost of software will show cost sub-totals when software packages are grouped in the list and the total of all software is displayed below the software list.
